• Neighbourly Tip: Balcony Washing
Every now and then, balconies need a good wash — whether it’s sweeping away winter dust or giving things a full pressure-wash. If you’re planning to use water, please give the neighbour(s) below a friendly heads-up first. This way, they can bring in cushions, plants, or anything else they’d like to keep dry.
A little notice and care go a long way toward keeping our building clean, our balconies fresh, and our community friendly. Thanks for looking out for each other!

About This Group
Established in 2017 by James and Fran Wisking, this private group serves as a community hub for residents and owners of the Crème Condominiums. It's a space for sharing opinions, insights, and information about life in our community.

• Parking
Owners are reminded that they are prohibited from renting their underground parking spot unless it’s to someone in the same building.
We remind residents who park in the garage near the service door to ensure they leave enough space for the door to open fully when parking their vehicles.
There have been multiple instances where maintenance and service providers were unable to access the room due to vehicles being parked too close to the door. This has caused delays in necessary repairs and services for the building.
To avoid further issues, please be mindful when parking and ensure that there is adequate clearance around the service door. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in keeping our building running smoothly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

• Elevators
It is important to note that our elevators are quite sensitive. Experience has shown that manually holding elevator doors open for even the shortest period of time, may put the elevator out of service until a technician is called to fix the problem. Such services calls are charged to the corporation and can be costly.
If someone becomes stuck in the elevator, please contact TKE immediately at: 1 (800) 233-5757

• Community Garden and Gazebo Use
The gazebo and surrounding garden areas in our community are shared spaces designed for the enjoyment of all residents. These areas serve as a peaceful retreat where neighbours can relax, socialize, and enjoy the beauty of the gardens. Many residents chose to live here specifically for the communal experience these spaces provide, and we want to ensure that all residents continue to have equal access to them.
